Miscarriage of justice..

If ever there was a misuse of the court system for political gain, here it be. Ed Rosenthal has been convicted on major drug cultivation and distribution charges by the federal government for his work with the City of Oakland and their medical marijauna cultivation project. The fed court judge would not allow Rosenthal to reveal to the jury that he was working for the government, or for anything having to do with med. marijuana. They painted him to be distibuting in an illicit manner. Read more about it here.
